For us, working in partnership means that we are on hand with help and advice even after delivery of the product. In addition to the possible required complaints processing with repair and delivery of spare parts, particularly the traceability of batch problems and the early detection of changes and discontinuations of vendor parts are in focus.
Complaint Management
We support you in the systematic analysis of failures and we maintain an open, solution-oriented approach in the investigation of causes. In case of product recalls, the traceability in our house helps to reduce the amount of call-backs to the absolute minimum. For batch problems we help to identify additional affected products.
Repair

In the event of a repair we are able to support fast and professionally due to our specialists and modern equipment.
Stock of Spare Parts
We also take over the provision of spare parts. In our ERP system, corresponding minimum stocks can be set up. As soon as an article falls below the minimum stock level, the reacquisition is automatically initiated.
Traceability
Via the tracing at Kuttig Electronic it is possible to detect batch problems, which can then be assigned to those responsible.
Change and Discontinuation Management
After we have carried out the procurement of materials, we are informed of changes (PCN Product Change Notice) and discontinuations (LTB - Last Time Buy) by our suppliers. This information is immediately passed on to those customers, in whose BOM the corresponding component is listed. The same happens when we receive information in the context of our daily inquiries that are relevant to our customers. In consultation with you we will determine which preventive measures are to be taken.
