Tests and Analyzes
Feasibility Studies

They are used to determine the extent of your project as well as the means and the times which are necessary to realize your project. In addition, it is investigated whether there are contradictions between the project objective and already existing knowledge. If the feasibility study turns out positive, your project can be accepted and carried out. Should the study turn out negative, we can modify the project from the outset. Our feasibility studies include the following:
- Organizational implementation
- Economic feasibility (e.g. budget, financing)
- Technical feasibility
- Resources and availability (e.g. People, machines, space, time and materials)
- Time implementation
- Legal notes
Tests
To secure the development result, the product is subjected to the tests agreed with you.
- Cooling / heating test
- Overtiming / undertiming
- Overvoltage / undervoltage
- Vibration and shock testing
- Leak tests according to IP standards
- EMC tests for confirmation of the CE mark
- Security checks
- Isolation test
- UL or CSA test
- Short circuit test
In this way, we make sure that your product can be produced optimally at low costs and meets all requirements.
Reliability analysis

The reliability analysis is a method which is used to determine the reliability and lifetime of a printed circuit board (assembly). Reliability is an essential quality attribute of technical products. During the planned operating life, specific and confirmed characteristics are intended to be retained under the given operating conditions. The lifespan of an assembly is essentially dependent on the loads of the individual components during operation and their heat generation.
The following points are used for determining reliability:
- Technical load
- MTBF calculation
- Vulnerability analysis
- Probability of survival
- probability of default
A determination of the reliability of your assemblies is possible with us. Please contact our development team. They will be pleased to discuss the procedure with you.
