Management
Strategic Company Orientation

The main task of our management is to create an infrastructure and a working environment that allows employees to optimally use and improve their skills in the company. Trust and transparency are the main pillars of cooperation. The guideline "quality policy" has the aim to reach 100% customer satisfaction. This aim is supported by a high willingness to invest.

Quality Management
As part of the continuous maintenance of the quality system, and therefore also the quality manual, documented business processes are reviewed and adjusted if necessary. Suggestions come both by the individual departments, as well as from internal and external audits and the management review.
The continuous improvement process (CIP) includes the cyclic training of employees, an ongoing review of internal processes based on order, key figures and operating numbers as well as the best possible adaptation of IT to the business processes.
Opportunity and Risk Management

Since the formation of Kuttig Electronic in 1996, we rely on a self-financed steady growth. To date, we have succeeded in maintaining this strategy as far as possible. The endeavour to achieve funding and grants for job-creating measures has been rewarded several times.
Through a great client diversification with more than 100 active clients, Kuttig Electronic retains its independence from one or a few large customers. The same applies to the versatile diversivication of sectors within the clientele.
A strong willingness to invest in new technology allows the implementation of new ideas and the acquisition of current development tools and production equipment.
In regular meetings, we carry out tests of characteristic values, cost controls, liquidity and distribution plans as well as long-term strategy planning.
